BBQ IN THE PARK

There is nothing like the smell of a sizzling grill in the summer time.  Except if you're out with a really good bunch of friends to share it with!!

Well week one is over, thank the Lord. So I'm now down to 150.5lbs which means I've lost 4 pounds in a week but no inches yet. So untill next week wish me luck.

The reason for everything.

Okay so i haven't written everyday but i'm trying to, i went to class everyday this week and i feel like shit, i forgot how hard it is to get into top shape. The important thing is that i'm going and not giving up or eating pizza right?

I'M BACK

We'll here i go, i finally have a reason to write everyday from now on. I'll be tracking my new work out program. To successfully change your body you have to admit that it needs help and lay it all out there, so here i go. I'm 25 years old and i'm 5"4 bust 36 waist 30 hips 42 and weight 154lbs and that has been my weight for 1o years although i use to be cut all over. That clearly isn't the case anymore. This is what i look like as of now-------------->

I know not that bad right? but I'm looking for real definition, abs, quads, biceps, you know the package.......so join me as i write everyday and keep you up dated on the workout.......Oh yeah the workout, so what I'm doing is now taking Martial Arts....it's called Muay Thai and I'll be doing that 5 days a week and the classes are an hour long....well gotta go to class now so until tomorrow ciao....

Tears, Tears and Tears......that's all I saw today at work. My name is Emeleen and I'm a Personal Chef at an I.T company called BlueCat Networks. One Month ago 10 staff members were let go and it was painful because I fed the staff and talk to them on a daily basis, I knew about their personal lives and what they were going threw. So when I saw ppl getting Laid off who just bought a house or had a baby I felt their pain. Today it happened again.........I would say about another 5 got Laid off and who knows when it will happen again. I don't know what my next move would be if my name was called but I know this, I'm young, fresh and full of life. I believe that god has a plan for us all and we get thrown obstacle's to see how we over come them. Easier said then done I know, but where there's a will there's a way.
