We'll here i go, i finally have a reason to write everyday from now on. I'll be tracking my new work out program. To successfully change your body you have to admit that it needs help and lay it all out there, so here i go. I'm 25 years old and i'm 5"4 bust 36 waist 30 hips 42 and weight 154lbs and that has been my weight for 1o years although i use to be cut all over. That clearly isn't the case anymore. This is what i look like as of now-------------->
I know not that bad right? but I'm looking for real definition, abs, quads, biceps, you know the package.......so join me as i write everyday and keep you up dated on the workout.......Oh yeah the workout, so what I'm doing is now taking Martial Arts....it's called Muay Thai and I'll be doing that 5 days a week and the classes are an hour long....well gotta go to class now so until tomorrow ciao....
